The Service is a non-custodial DeFi interface for interacting with the Solana blockchain infrastructure and third-party protocols.

We do not intend to collect personal data beyond what is technically necessary for the operation, security, diagnostics, analytics, and protection of the Service against abuse.

We are not a bank, custodian, payment provider, or operator of user assets.

We do not hold user funds or manage user wallets.

2. Data That May Be Processed

When using the Service, the following categories of data may be technically processed:

  • public wallet address;
  • wallet connection data;
  • transaction data;
  • data related to created tokens;
  • data related to created markets;
  • data related to created liquidity pools;
  • data related to bundle transactions;
  • IP address;
  • device type;
  • browser type;
  • operating system;
  • browser language;
  • approximate location based on IP address;
  • technical logs;
  • timestamps;
  • interface errors;
  • diagnostic data;
  • data about interactions with Service features;
  • cookies or similar technologies, if used.

We do not necessarily collect all of the data listed above. The exact scope of data depends on which features of the Service you use and which infrastructure is involved.

3. Wallet Data and Blockchain Data

When you connect a wallet, the Service may process your public wallet address and related public data.

Public blockchain data may include:

  • wallet addresses;
  • transactions;
  • created tokens;
  • mint addresses;
  • market addresses;
  • pool addresses;
  • data related to adding or removing liquidity;
  • data related to bundle transactions;
  • fees;
  • timestamps;
  • other data recorded on-chain.

You understand that data on public blockchain networks, including Solana, may be publicly accessible, permanent, and independent from the Service.

We do not control public blockchain data and cannot delete, modify, or hide data recorded on-chain.

4. Private Keys and Seed Phrases

We do not ask for your seed phrase.

You must not enter your seed phrase into the Service.

For certain features, including submitting bundle transactions, the Service may allow the user to enter a private key into the interface.

Such private key is intended to be used locally in the user's browser to construct and sign the relevant transactions.

The Service is not intended to store private keys on the server.

We should not use private keys for any purpose other than local construction and signing of the relevant transactions within the function selected by the user.

However, entering a private key into a web interface is a high-risk action.

The user must use only a separate temporary wallet with a limited balance and must not enter the private key of a main wallet or any wallet holding significant assets.

5. Backend, Logs, and Technical Infrastructure

The Service may use minimal backend infrastructure to support the operation of certain features.

The backend may process technical data necessary for:

  • operation of the Service;
  • routing requests;
  • protection against abuse;
  • error diagnostics;
  • failure analysis;
  • security;
  • restricting access from prohibited jurisdictions;
  • compliance with applicable requirements.

Technical logs may include IP address, timestamps, browser type, error information, public wallet address, transaction hashes, request metadata, and other technical data.

We do not intend to store technical logs longer than necessary for operation, security, diagnostics, and protection of the Service.

Third-party services may independently process data according to their own terms and policies.

We do not control the privacy policies, security, data storage, or actions of third-party services.

Use of third-party services may result in the transfer of technical or public blockchain data to such services.

  • operating Service features;
  • connecting wallets;
  • constructing transactions;
  • submitting bundle transactions;
  • displaying blockchain data;

However, no web service, blockchain interface, browser, wallet, server, RPC, API, or network can be completely secure.

We do not guarantee absolute security of the Service, data, devices, wallets, transactions, or third-party infrastructure.

You are solely responsible for the security of your device, browser, wallet, private keys, seed phrases, extensions, and internet connection.

13. High Risk of Private Key Use

Entering a private key into a web interface involves increased risk.

Such risks may include:

  • phishing;
  • domain spoofing;
  • malicious browser extensions;
  • malware;
  • XSS attacks;
  • compromised devices;
  • clipboard malware;
  • user errors;
  • code errors;
  • browser errors;
  • infrastructure errors;
  • data interception;
  • leakage through third-party tools, extensions, analytics, logs, or infrastructure;
  • total loss of funds.

By using features that require private key entry, you agree to use only a separate temporary wallet with a limited balance.

You must not use your main wallet.

14. Restricted Jurisdictions and Compliance

The Service may be unavailable or restricted for users from certain countries, regions, or jurisdictions.

We may use IP address, technical data, wallet data, or third-party tools to restrict access, manage risks, comply with sanctions requirements, prevent abuse, and protect the Service.

The Service is not intended for persons from restricted jurisdictions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, countries of the European Union, Canada, sanctioned countries and territories, and any jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited by law.

15. User Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:

We cannot delete or modify data already recorded on a public blockchain.

We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If you have not reached the required age or do not have the legal right to use the Service, you must not use the Service.

By using the Service, you understand that data may be processed and transferred outside your country of residence.
